Pup8
This is my 1st time using steam and I haven't found an answer on their site or here in the forums, but I have prolly just missed it. Anyway, with 5 licenses I can install on two computers - Good. Question: But can I play the same save on two computers through Steam? The computers are in different locations and I move about, or will each computer have a different save? If i can play the same save on both through steam will the following be a problem: I saw on this forum where I can go into the steam file on the computer to launch the game directly without steam running - Great. But if I do launch directly, will this prevent me from launching steam later and then playing the same save? If you can decipher my ramblings and have an answer, thanks in advance. GavinZac
Each computer will have a different save game on it, unless you use something like Dropbox However, maybe next year SI could take a great step and start using 'Steam Cloud', a part of steam that lets you use your saved games anywhere you're logged into Steam. http://gizmodo.com/394198/valves-steam-cloud-brings-cloud-computing-to-gaming-masses
