FM2009 a few questions

I have a few questions before I decide to buy a new version of FM:

1. Finnish league: are there premier league (Veikkausliiga) and 1st league (Ykkonen) only (as in previous versions of FM)? Or maybe playable 2nd league have been added?

2. Finnish league: are there logos of teams?

3. Australian A-lague: has SI repaied bugs in this league (that made is unplayable after a few seasons in FM08)? (permanent salary cap, difficulties with work permits, problem with young AIS players who don't want to transfer to A-league clubs)

4. New Zealand: Is there in FM09 playable league from this country?

5. Requirements: I know that officially my graphic card (Nvidia FX5700) isn't suitable to play FM09 in 3d mode, but I would like to be sure, if I have to buy a new card. Please give me an information if playing with FX5700 is possible in 3d or no.

Just to let you know there are no extra playable leagues.
