Mascherano
Why haven't you add a new staff role "Owner" to the game? In the Premier League so many teams have both owner (Roman Abramovich, Alexandre Gaydamak, Mike Ashley, George Gillett/Tom Hicks, Malcolm Glazer, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan etc) and chairman (Bruce Bucks, Joel & Avram Glazer, Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Derek Llambias, Peter Storrie etc). Glyn
The 'owners' you're talking about are just shareholders, the same as any other club. Majority shareholders, yes, but just shareholders.
r0x0r
On top of that, for clubs where the "owner" has the power and the "chairman" is just a figurehead, like Chelsea, the owner is put in as chairman and the chairman as a managing director. The names may be wrong on the staff list, but it plays out like reality all the same.
dr p wigwam
Carrying on from this: Chairman: Tom Hicks Gen Mgr: Rick Parry Director: George Gillett Was this the best you do for joint equal shareholders? Hicks and Gillett each own 50% of the club and as such must have the same rank, surely?
4457
Parry's hardly our General Manager, either. He's still CEO.
