jqmota
Does anyone know if it is possible to promote staff from the B team to the senior squad? For instance, lots of Spanish clubs have coaches listed as being in the B team. And also, if an older player is in your reserves when you offer him a coaching contract, then his status on the club staff screen will state his team as being 'Reserves'. Thanks

'youth coaches' can only train players in your youth training schedules where as 'coaches' can coaches in the senior and youth schedules. So maybe try offering them a normal coach contract if this is possible?
Taras_Shevchenko
I was not able to change the role to them, and finally I sacked them (sadly...)
andysharkey21
i usually just sack them but from what i can see they still do the same as any senior coach so there isnt really any need to. however, the b team coaches at good teams tend to be a load of rubbish so you might as well sack them. auto98uk
The B team is strictly speaking a separate team (unlike youth/reserve teams etc) - therefore you need to send a seperate contract offer as he is strictly being employed by someone else
