unsettled player

one of my players is unsettled by speculation when only 1 team has enquired about him. Anyone else think players become to easily unsettled?

Too many variables to take into account before you could say it's a flaw with the game. What team has made the approach, is the player a regular, has the player been there for a long time and wants a new challenge, is he going to get paid more, is there more chance of silverware etc etc etc.

In a nutshell, no I don't think they become unsettled too easily.
