Pa/ca

I no this has been asked many times but can somebody please explain.

If a player has a CA of 140 and a PA of 180 (just as an example) how do you get the player to reach his PA?

Is it playing games, Good training regimes?

first team games mostly

if hes young u can also tutor him and he get a few extra ca points per half year

1 year normaly gives 5-8 ca points in first team playing alot

training is how the points are disturb after increasing ca

its vry hard for players to reach max pa and they only do it a few sesons at age 25-30 if they play very well 7.00+ avg playing alot of games
