If a player has a CA of 140 and a PA of 180 (just as an example) how do you get the player to reach his PA? Is it playing games, Good training regimes? fettot Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 first team games mostly if hes young u can also tutor him and he get a few extra ca points per half year 1 year normaly gives 5-8 ca points in first team playing alot training is how the points are disturb after increasing ca its vry hard for players to reach max pa and they only do it a few sesons at age 25-30 if they play very well 7.00+ avg playing alot of games Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
