Kanukki
It seems that the Premier League/FA/Football League moved ahead with plans to scrap the old reserve leagues with a new youth league structure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012%E2%80%9313_Professional_Development_League), so I suppose we will see this in FM13 as the groups and fixture lists have already been announced. It will be interesting to see if this actually makes much difference in FM. U21 teams are still allowed three overage players, which is as many as most of my reserve teams have had anyway. Anyone see this or other possible EPPP-related changes having a big impact on player development in FM?
Jops14
It could help, typically reserve teams end up with no one in them. And decent 18 year old prospects dont develop too much (for me) without playing time, i've always felt england needed an older youth league like in italy
chob
i believe that this may help with young players development as they would be playing regularly.
