I think high 'Work rate' attribute and playing the player in that position will be the fastest way of him gaining 'Accomplished'. All while training him in the position. Going from 'Accomplished' to 'Natural' can take anywhere from a few months to a season I find. Some players just don't pick it up fast. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've trained a winger who had 16 for both tackling and marking to be a left back before when he had no rating at the start of the season.
