Does anyone else use Team Talks out of the game?

Just found myself giving the 'keep going and it'll be worth it at end of seaon' speech to myself as I have a few days off soon. Also tend to tell my staff 'things are going well but that can still all change'

Don't know what I expect, as they just look at me like I'm mad! Anyone else do this?

Now I come to think of it, I probably do it subconsciously when encouraging my team mates.
