Though work permit might be a problem so you will need a feeder club in belguim/bulgaria etc.. to send to until he get a couple of Caps for Senegal, then you can offer him a new contract and he should get a work permit. ive done this and recalled him back in january previously, he can be signed at the start of first season for 900k. if you dont sign him at the start he will join someone else and will cost you £5.5million. he is natuarally a DMC but i play and retrain him as Centre back. but thats just me, he is still a tank and good enough to play ball winning midfielder.
