Training tips...

Hi All,

I've just got a new laptop and finallg got back into the game again. I've started as the greatest team in living memory Fulham :D and just wanted some tips. I've never really got the in depth with the training side because I don't really know what to do, this time however, I've done what George Graham used to do at Arsenal and have my back four training separatly and just defensive and fitness. Hopefully this will make them get a good understanding. Is this a good idea? And is there any other tips?
