rhexis Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Just came off another freaking game where I had just below 20 shots, 4 CCC, 4 woodwork, and only 1 freaking goal, while my opponent scores 2 from corners. Story of my FM life. I all my players bar my fastest striker to defend the corner, but they still score all the time. I concede less than 20 goals a season, but at least 10 of them come from corner. Set piece play is largely about luck, but if your back 4 are good, consistent players, you'll probably concede less than you would otherwise.
