Chalky1989 Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 Whenever I'm doing team talks, I leave it to my assistant to take care of. It's got to the point where I automatically without thinking click it after each game in the post match talk. However, often my Assistant will have nothing to say, which always seems to annoy my players, meaning I have to try and salvage the team talk. Obviously it's my fault for not paying full attention, but I would appreciate my assistant, when I task him to do a team talk to actually....you know....talk... Mike7077 Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 I often find my assistant doing this after a really good win. If my players play well and win well, I want them to know I'm thrilled. But the assistant will often say that there's nothing much to say! Fortunately, I tend not to miss this, which means I'll tell the players what they deserve to hear, regardless of what the assistant thinks. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
