jimmyt86 Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 I have found 2 top quality USA youngsters but I cannot make an offer for them. In the scout reports it says there is an offer in place but nothing shows on their transfer and contract tab. I thought this was due to them being part of the MLS draft so I took charge of a MLS club and these players did not show up during the draft.
