The difficulty may be affected by the tolerance the Board give you in your job, the way the players react to you and your authority, and your ability to get a job at a certain level. If you start as an 'International' experience for instance you may have the players respect and be able to attract other players to the club easier and such like. That's my understanding anyway. Since your more respected with higher rep. Also.. if you start with Sunday league rep and get sacked early you will have a hard time getting a job. I Like Pie Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 my rep is sunday league and all my players is "struggling to find the motivation to play when his manager has such a low reputation in the game", so i think it is harder to get 100% out of your players with low reputation..
