Nottingham Forest
If you can get onto your old laptop, you could upload the save to Gamefront and then download it from your new laptop and then save it in saved games in your documents on your new laptop . If not I don't know how else to do it.

Nottingham Forest
Not that long tbh. This is the website you'd need or could use -http://www.gamefront.com/. So basically a step by step guide, assuming your old laptop works would be; 1. Get on to Gamefront and click Upload button in the top right corner. 2. Upload the saved game from your documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/games and then the saved game you want. 3. That could take anytime really and depends on the size of the save. 4. Copy the download link and write down to be on the safe side and turn new laptop on. 5. Copy download link and download, again this could take any time really. 6. Place in the your documents/ SI/FM12/games 7. Load up FM and click the save game. I guess it could take anything from 5 minutes to a couple of hours. It all depends on your internet connection and how long it'd take to get on to your old laptop if it's broke .
Visitor13
Then I guess all you can do is have the broken part replaced. Or get someone to recover your data. I guess the first option would be cheaper.
