Training Issue

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't generally take massive control of my training and instead leave it at the default setting when I take over a club, however EVERY single player in my squad is unhappy with his training schedule. I have tried lowering the workloads, stopping them from doing individual training sessions and no matter what I do, I can't get them to actually like the training schedule they are assigned to.

Is there something I can do, or do I have a bunch of lazy gits playing for me?

Also, I forgot to mention, this isn't just at my current club. The same thing happened at my previous club Exeter, before I moved to Huddersfield

The thing your doing wrong is not managing the training, it states why the player is unhappy either the workload is too intense for him. What I have done when I have got these messages is create a new schedue and reduce the workload in it. I have also stopped indiviudal training on some players where they think it it to much, they do tell you in the training screen why they are unhappy. If they are generally unhappy put them on a lower schedule and increase it each week until they moan then reduce it back to find the optimum level
