better teams always equalise

Can somebody please talk to me about this beacue I'm about to loose my mind. So I'm playing with the leader of my division, who is slightly better than my team. My team is playing a good game and in the 88 th minute we score for 2:1 and of course the other team equalises for 2:2. This is frustrating it seems that every time Im playing a very good game against a better team and manage to score a "winning goal" very late in the game they always have time to score one more. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG. uff i feel better now

Maybe because they go on all out attack to grab the equaliser or tweak their system ie. change formation.

Or the OP goes all out attack to grab that 88th minute 2-1 goal, only to be hit on the counter.

Nope when I scored on 2:1 I switched to cotain because it was a very important game.

As soon as you score, switch to contain and shouts play safe, retain Possesion. Usually does the trick

I usually sub one of my strikers with a good DM and play him as anchor man. It really helped a lot this season , especially in the games that I had the lead by a lucky goal against good teams. I also switch to counter or defensive . You should also check your wing backs or full backs. If they are in automatic duty make them defensive ( switching team strategy to defensive switches backs to defense also) .
