2012 PSP formations and tactics

So, what are we using so far, and even more importantly, what works?

I've not had a great deal of time to play it yet, but playing as Nottingham Forest I've first of all gone for the good old 4-3-3, attacking, mixed passing, hard tackling pressing set-up, which as worked fine getting out of The Championship, but doesn't appear to work as well in The Premier League.

Normally, I prefer wingers, high up the pitch, so playing either an attacking 4-4-2 or even 4-2-4, but what tactics are people using for those formations?

433 works with big teams and if you have versatile AM L/C, R/Cs on the sides of the midfield. I am currently using a 41122 type formation which is like a 4222 but with a MC pulled back to allow free-flowing football, it isn't going amazingly after 2 games (won 1, drew 1 with Chelsea) but it seems to dominate.
