godemperor Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 I don't think its possible to have 100% global, im currently in years 2021, i have 24 scouts with good attribute (and some with lesser skills but good knowledge of some of the more obscure parts of the world) and scouting all around the world along with benefits of the knowledge from my 8 feeder clubs, I currently am at 69%, the highest i have had is 71%. its very hard to a high percentage due to all the regens popping up every year.
