How to get scout reports of a player?

I cant figure out how can I get a scout report of a transfer target player. Please help!

Been playing the game since CM days but never had this problem. I could always find every option needed

I want to get reports of players who are not in my team. I want to scout them and I cant find an option to get their reports.

Just find the player you want to scout.

When on his profile, use the 'scouting' drop down on the top right, choose the first option, 'get scouting report'

Select the scout you wish to compile the report, then select whether you want him to give a basic report or wait until the player has played 1,2 or 3 games before giving a report.

Then simply wait until a news item appears telling you the report is complete.

There is a new option in the 2012 edition were you can place players into a scouting pool, basically when you place a player in the scouting pool, the first free scout will produce a report as soon as he can, beware though, if you don't have any available scouts because they have other instructions, the player wont be scouted.
