rafafloripa
Fog of war is a brilliant idea. Adds realism to the game. However, it could be better implemented. Practical example: I am going to scout for the youngest central defender available in my database. Before I checked his profile, I expected to see no attributes, due to the guy being recently generated in the game and virtually unknown. This is what I got: Ok, let's say that he is slightly famous for being so young and already taking part on first team affairs - therefore certain attributes can be known. But in this case the guy is a central defender, and how come I get to know how well he crosses, shoots - and how creative he is - while having no idea of his tackling skill? So, when you hear about a goalie, no one will ask (or know) how creative he is, or does he work well in a team... The first info you should get should be related to his goalkeeping skills. As no one would have asked to young Ronaldinho how well he tackles...
SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted May 27, 2011 SI Staff Share Posted May 27, 2011 Thats a fair point - I'll look into tailoring it according to position a little more in a future version.
El007
good point well made, I mean if he's a defender you want to be knowing his heading ability and tackling not shooting or crossing lol
