I've just realised that four seasons into my Tottenham save, with the likes of Modric, Bale, Lukaku, Neymar, Galeano, Dawson, Jones, Lennon and the rest of my first team all having me as their "favoured personnel" - that not one single member of my coaching/scouting has me (or anyone else for that matter), as their favoured personnel. I've also noticed that the majority of my first team list the club as their favoured club, but again - the staff who have been at the club for just as long don't list my club (or any other club) as their favoured club. Wigmore Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 I think it's just something that comes with time and depends on the size of the club / personalities of the staff. I had an assistant follow me out of a club for the first time ever on FM11 just the other day. However, doing things your staff suggest can't hurt to get them to like you (eg. signing players your scouts recommend, putting players on training routines your assistant recommends etc etc.) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
