Simba7 Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 You can use these to help your players gain match fitness, for your youngsters to get game time, and to reintroduce a previously injured player with out throwing them in the deepens straight away. Coentrao Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 Reserve matches are quite important to keep your subs and reserves match fit. On leagues with no reserve league(eg.
