ClarenceZico
Hi guys, just starting as a semi-pro club for the first time. What is the best thing to do; Get my P/T players on full time contracts asap or leave them on P/T for the timebeing as my club doesnt have lots of money. What would work out best? Thanks
mackemforever
Personally I leave players on part time contracts to begin with. After a season or two when I've got a bit more money to spend I will get a couple of coaches on full time contracts and then start giving full time contracts to any promising youngsters in my team and obviously any promising youngsters I sign. Its only when I've got plenty of money in the bank and all of my staff on full time contracts that I will try and get every player on a full time contract. Bleamer
http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/241531-FM11-Heathxxx-Lower-League-Management-Approach Have a look at this thread, lots of good info in there.
ugen64
you can kind of tell when to start offering F/T contracts because it'll become the default option in the contract menu. if you try to do it too early, the players will actually refuse the full-time offers in my experience (although I haven't played LLM in this latest version). you can also look at the clubs around you in the table, see what their contract situations are.
