Jonesy157 Posted March 16, 2011 Share Posted March 16, 2011 i have just started a new chelsea save and in the save my transfer budget is £0/ £1.9M for a title challenge i have downloaded the 11.3 patch and was wondering if this is because the tranfers of torres and luiz or is it a bug? Transfer budgets for the last patch are often reflected in the way clubs have spent in January. Infact a fair few teams have had their transfer budgets reduced due to what transfers they made in January or before. Nottingham Forest's has as well.
