ROONA Posted March 1, 2011 Share Posted March 1, 2011 whenever my board announce there going to upgrade my facilties they say it'l cost (xxxxxxx) amount but when i check it never take the lump sum out of my finances is it taken off sumwhere monthly like other costs?
