tom_numbers
So I'm trying to sign a 24 year old Chinese player for a Premier League club. He plays for Frankfurt, has 47 caps, and is listed second on the "Top Chinese Players list". Unless the China manager is a total moron, I would guess that he's playing regularly. But, I am fairly sure that there's another rule that the nation must be in the top something. I figured that since China are 70th, he should be OK (just). Have I missed something else that needs to be satisfied?
trekman
You should be ok to sign this player. You might fail the wp at the first attempt but you should be ok with an appeal.
tom_numbers
Nah, he's had his appeal turned down three times now. So annoying! Thankfully, his value never goes up, and he never gets bored of negotiating with me though
MirrorrorriM
Sign this player even if he doesnt get a WP. Then once he is at your club offer him a new contract. I would say there is a 98% chance he will then be given a WP Nah, he's had his appeal turned down three times now. tom_numbers
I'll try that Mirrorrorrim, but I'll hafta persuade the board to let me have a work permit avoiding feeder club. If he had 21 caps at the start of the game, and in 2013 he has 47, how many games have China played that he hasn't reached 75%?
