Ferthepoet
I'm managing Atletico de Madrid, in 2012 we moved from Vicente Calderon to Nuevo Estadio de Madrid, in 2016 I make it to the champions league final Against no other than Madrileno Derby rivals Real Madrid. Now my surprise comes when I get the message that the final is to be played in....... Vicente Calderon! is that not weird, I would think the old stadium would be sold and demolished to pay for the new one and in any case why would the UEFA decide to have a champions league final in what should be now the third stadium in Madrid in terms of quality and capacity and a stadium that its not being used by any club, sounds a bit unrealistc to me. cplpeters1900
I wouldnt say its a bug as such, as when new stadia are created they dont replaced on FM like I believe they should be, its more of an annoyance in my opinion.
bigdanio
I saw a CL final being played at Anfield in like 2020 - Liverpool had been playing in New Anfield for years. When you move to a new stadium you are advised that your old one has been sold - just imagine that the new owners do something with it - like put on various sporting events and concerts.
