Atari
Hi, I finally arrived in Serie A (Italian Premier League) with a low-profile club. I'm noticing I cannot any more offer contract longer than 3 years, regardless if it is a new player or a renewing of a contract. My finances are risky (the club got a loan to build a new stadium), but I did not exceeded the budget for both contracts or transfers. So from what depends that contraint on the contracts length? Serie A or risky finances... or something else? Cheers - Atari

bigdanio
No, just finished playing 5 seasons in Italy with Roma and I signed players up to 5 year deals - the maximum in most countries I play in.
Gandy
Can you do a “life” contract, like Casillas at Real?

Atari
So I'm thinking that is due to risky finances (or a bug????); can anyone confirm that? thanks - Atari
