basically all the training setup, you need to juggle a little.

for example, attacking setup, you of course set the maximum for attacking and so do other setup

as for those just came back from injury, i will give them FITNESS setup. if for those lack of morale, will give them TACTIC with high MOTIVATION

just my 2 cents

Attacking: Max on attack, omit goalkeeping and defend, other LIGHT

Defending: Max on defend, omit goalkeeping and

attack, other LIGHT

Goalkeeping: Max on goalkeeping, medium on other

Fitness: max on fitness and motivation, other LIGHT

Technical: Max on tactic and motivation, other LIGHT

General: MEDIUM on attach, defend, light on fitness, medium tactic, OMIT goalkeeping

once a player injured, put him on FITNESS

once a player morale low, put him on technical

hope it helps

I tested it quite a lot, the one thing I noticed was that getting fitness training wrong can seriously damage your team, especially at specific parts of the season.

Even left at default fitness training has an impact, it's the only one I change periodically.
