Problem running the game from start HELP!!

Hi, got the new FM 2011 for Christmas yesterday, I install the game ok without problems, the problem starts when I try to start the game, the following 2 pop up messages appear -

'The instruction at '0x01212822' referenced memory at '0x00000020'. The memory could not be 'read'. Click on OK to terminate the program. CLick on Cancel to debug the program.'

And -

'Cannot run game. Failed to set up graphics system.'

PLEASE can someone advise what to do, to say this is annoying is a total understatement.

Just for info I have the 2010 version on my pc and this works fine.

It is from the boxed version and not from steam

Could you please make sure your drivers are up to date in your Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager??
