How much to upgrade facilities?

I am playing as a small club and have £3 million in the bank which is great as we started with 250k. The club has good youth facilities and youth academy along with average training facilities. I was just wondering if anyone knew how much money I would need to get these facilities upgraded especially the youth ones. The board say that they cannot afford it but from the answer I assume if we had enough money they would upgrade.

Depends on the state of your current ones and how much the board decide to improve them.

They might feel that yours require £3m investment and as such aren't willing to bankrupt the club in the process.

Keep making money, and keep asking. Particularly at the end of a sucessful season.
