Otherwise scour the well known regen countries like Argentina, brazil, Spain, holland and so on, go into teams youth squads and look through each player, also put some key stats into the search filter, set them to about 13 and age max of 17, if you keep lowering the attribute rating you should find a few, that should get you started Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
