Secondly, I am not completely sure but when I was manager of AGF in Denmark I learnt Danish in less than a year. Same as when I managed Leverkusen - learnt German within a year. I suppose it's possible it may be slower if you're an international manager, since you're potentially spending less time with the players and in front of the virtual cameras, but I doubt it.
