This is indeed exactly what SI has stated... However when the AI waives key players, doesn't allow decent coach salaries for smaller clubs, etc then how can we trust the board to accurately determine who deserves a DP slot. I know Angel is aging, but I don't see any reason to deny him an extended DP contract, especially if you are under the over all payroll budget. uclazy31 Posted November 23, 2010 Share Posted November 23, 2010 agreed. playing as the galaxy i couldnt even renew the contracts of my asst coach because the board didnt want to pay him the salary he was currently making. they allotted me 69k per annum for an asst manager. how am i supposed to get a decent asst manager for that? plus the league does all the scouting so i cant hire my own scouts to look for players in south america. drove me crazy. im pretty sure mls clubs have scouting departments.
