mattbuck Posted November 14, 2010 Share Posted November 14, 2010 I signed a player from Uruguay for bristol rovers in league 1. Shortly after signing he gets injured for 4 weeks. When hes fit i immediately start him, a few games later he says hes homesick. I send him on holiday for a month. He returns for the final three games of the season, saying he feels better. The next day he says hes unhappy as hes not getting first team football. I talk to him and promise him first team football. I start him in all of the remaining games of the season. The season ends, a month or so later he hands in a transfer request as he has not gotten any first team football. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

While I played him and he was getting clean sheets he actually got less and less content.
