Flair

Sort it out.

If you sort by any attribute you get the worlds best people at that attribute, passing, finishing, creativity etc.

Search on flair and you get the top flair players Ronaldo, Iniesta etc. as well as random youngsters who despite being useless at everything else have 20 in flair.

Even if flair is supposed to relate to the amount of times a player will try something different, and therefor random 16 year old kids do it because they don't know any better, you would then expect a massive drop in flair from those kids when they are trained to become useful professionals.

It's horrifically unrealistic for me.
