vishers
Hi I tried to change a player who was transfer listed to 'no status set', pressed confirm and nothing changed - he was still on the transfer list. I then tried to place a different player who wasn't transfer listed on the transfer list, also changing his squad status and this was ignored too! Is my chairman overruling my decisions or is this a bug? I have only recently joined this new club (Norwich) Many thanks for your help
drmanley
If he's transfer listed by request you can't take him off the transfer list unless the player requests to be removed.
vishers
No, he's not transfer listed by request - he desperately wants to stay at the club! Also, this wouldn't explain why trying to trasnferlist someone was also being rejected
BILLY WRIGHT
Hello Vishers, The players you are having problems with as regards transfer / squad status, are they player / coaches by any chance. The reason I ask is that I have noticed in some of my games when I have amended a player status, they stay amended for players but revert back to the original status for player / coaches, after continuing the game. I used FMRTE to solve this issue.
vishers
Hi Billy No, the players are all just players I tried it on a few other players (changing their transfer status and/or squad status and nothing changes) Hope it's not a bug as it's pretty game-changing
BILLY WRIGHT
It's an inconvenience when sporadic things like this happen in the game. My only suggestion is to save your game under a different file name, then load it up and try amending the details with FMRTE. If it works all well and good, if it doesn't, then you still have your original game, albeit without a solution.
vishers
Solved!! Restarted and it has been fixed. If only everything in life was this simple... Thankyou drmanley and Billy Wright for your help
