AbsoluteGenius
On Football Manager it is normal to see a lot of players who want a new challenge, even hugely successful ones. However, I have yet to see a manager want a new challenge. In real life Jose Mourinho has just left Inter Milan despite winning the treble because he wants a new challenge. I have never seen that happen in Football Manager. Every manager I have seen on Football Manager has either been sacked or retired. None of them have ever left at the height of their success for a new challenge. Is it time this was brought into the game? Should managers take on new challenges even when they are doing extraordinarily well with their current club?

jackripper
can you count me as a manager who leaves for a better challenge once everything has been won lol. I do get your point though it should be implemented. would you count international managers as i see a few who leave the role after an impressive showing in a recent tournament? Graham FM
Valid point. agree.. never notice it till you pointed it out but it would be something for si to look into
flashback790
Agree, would a good thing, but SI would probably over do it on their first attempt and have every manager that wins anything resign, but get more realistic when SI have more attempts at it.
