sgdutd Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 I don't know if this has been aked before but i have 2009 amd every time i play it and then exit and turn off pc. The next time i turn on pc i have to put in the boot disc because steam has done damage to the pc i know it is steam causing this is there anything i can do i have 3.1 update Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Aim_Less Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Steam wont do things like this probably some of your windows files are damaged -wen you boot to windowsdo this: -place windows cd in drive - go to run ( press windows key +R) -type cmd and press enter - a black window with text will open -type in it : sfc /scannow press enter after it should repair any windows damaged files again your issue is not caused by steam at all Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
