Resetting the helpful tips

When you press certain buttons it gives you a message something like "Are you sure you want to do this?" and with a little explanation of what's going on. It also gives you the option not to display this message in future.

I've checked "Don't display this" and so the messages have stopped showing up. But now I want them back. Is there any way to get them back?
