HELP! Shortlist... where do I find it??

This may seem a bit ofa silly question to some..

but... different from previous football manger games I have played in the past.. I'm lost trying to find my ACTUAL shortlist.. I can add players etc... but not actually find the shortlist itself... can anybody offer me help and I would be hugely grateful..

Next to the back and forward buttons there is a drop down menu that says your name on it. Click it --> Search --> Shortlist

You can also right click on the top bar there and add a number of shortcuts.
