JBoyd33641
In my first offseason with ManCity I am thinking of signing Sergio Aguero and Phillip Mexes. Neither speak english. Would this affect them being able to fit into the squad and be productive players? I am learning as I go, and just had this on my mind. Is it better to sign players who do speak english? Brian Shanahan
Hire a few Spanish and French coaches, and with the players that can speak their languages at the club they should be fine. They should also be mature enough to settle down easily enough, as they both have been playing foreign for a few years. Players of the quality of Aguero and Mexes are worth taking a risk on. Vic Taylor
If they don't speak the language, they'll not be able to communicate on the pitch with their teammates, and might get homesick. Most players manage to learn the language of the country they're playing in, but if they have low determination and adaption stats, they may never learn it.
