Seba1980 Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 I have an extremely young team at the moment full of young players with allot of promise. An average age of around 23/24. I have experienced extreme changes in form this season. My Theory is that young teams may struggle to maintain consistancy. Therefore go through big highs and lows. Discuss.
