Liam10
Im starting of a season with Gloucester City in the BSN. We have no transfer funds, not our own stadium and a very small wage budget. Any ideas how I can transform the club and take them forward?
kieronbrown73
Work with the staff and squad you have. Try and get in some good loan signings in key positions.
Oxford_Canary
Loan signings and patience I guess. It's always harder working with someone else's squad. Obviously check to see if there is anyone on big wages who isn't first choice or is at least expendable - might get some transfer cash and will definitely free up wages for free transfers. Even if they're indispensable, I'd suggest getting rid if they're on big wages - at that level you'll get people who are about as good as each other, but one person might ask for £100 a week while another asks for £500. If you've only got a budget of £2,500 or possibly even less, it's an absolute no-brainer as to which one you go for.
