robnaldo99
Hi, I was just wondering what people do or say before games to your team, do you say nothing or say something as a team or single talks to eachone?

itsallaboutthierry
Ask Ass Man first so he can pick out any individual team talks (expect a perfomance, expect better etc). Then anyone on okay or below morale gets "you have faith". Then I'll change the overall team talk to: Heavy favourites - I expect a win Tight odds but slight underdog - You can win Underdogs - No pressure Rival games and all other scenarios (and if in doubt!) - For the fans This is my own take based on two excellent team talk threads in the T&TT forum: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=182360 http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=183599&highlight=WoIfsong Always works well for me - most players start games with good motivation. Play Up Pompey!
I ask my assistant but 9 times out of 10 he says "For the fans!" It seems to work though.
