lolshorts
I am getting a red card per game pretty much, one to three game suspensions, killing me. How can I get some discipline back into the team?
Tomer
Are they straight reds or double yellows? Is it always the same player, or the same position? Are you closing down a lot, or tackling hard (even in the opponent instructions)? Are you fining your players after they get sent off?
lolshorts
straight reds, different players but mostly in the middle of the field. I usually close down on key players. I haven't fined any of them yet.
lutontown1991
Fine them and get the message across to the squad
Edle
Fine the mothers until they have no more money.
Tomer
Yeah, fining them is a good start. If you find it's always the same position, see if their tackling is on hard (or, if they close down a lot and have to run much, set their tackling to easy). lolshorts
My goalkeeper just spoke to me about it too... will try fining them. May also try increasing their conditioning training until they start behaving.
Tomer
And remember that tired players are more prone to putting in stupid tackles and picking up cards.
