Emergency Loan

My first choice keeper is injured for 2 months, and my second choice is also currently injured.

My third choice is on loan, leaving me with just the youth team.

Is it possible to secure a player on an emergency loan, as I couldn't find anything in the instructions.

Going by RL rules then I think with Goalkeepers you can.

Though I could be wrong because I havent experienced this yet

If you're playing in a league that requires registration, OP, then you might have problems with signing an emergency keeper if your youth one is allowed to play. You might have to play him.

However, if you're playing in a league that doesn't require registration, you can sign an emergency keeper and everything will be fine. The emergency keeper will appear in your 1st team squad as a greyed out player and you can sign him from there.

He has to be under 21 before the transfer window shuts or you cant register him.

I found this out to my cost last season.

When you go into your tactics screen just before the game, if you haven't got a fit and available keeper, a greyed out one will appear. Simply sign him.

You cant buy him you can only 3 month loan him. Then he can come straight away.
