JH Newcastle Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 I've just signed Hulk and Lucio on the last day of the transfer market with Tottenham, they both couldn't get work permits, but it lets you know that you can loan them out until they have permits, so I carried on with the transfer but now I have two players who cost a fortune, who are my two top earners but I cannot play them.
